Product manager- Scoutz- Salesforce

Scoutz is searching for a product manager 

This position is based at our friendly offices in either Copenhagen or Aalborg and you will join a newly established organization with +100 employees in Denmark and Poland and have the opportunity to build a strong product centric organization. 

In this role, you will define the strategic direction for the best advisory solutions for part of the financial institutions in Denmark and market leading digital banking experience for end customers.

At Scoutz, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely. Your direct manager will be head of Scoutz, Peter Smith. 

Primary task and responsibilities include: 

  • Product leadership – set the strategic direction for our portfolio of customer and advisor solutions
  • Ongoing prioritization, update and maturement of roadmap – securing a high quality in our backlog readiness 
  • As a product manager in Scoutz you show the way, and you proactively take ownership of strategic product development and the execution of this together with a team of product owners
  • With success facilitate and drive the external governance fora that you chair as product manager for Scoutz 
  • Follow market trends and stay updated on how your products are performing compared to the market  
  • Build up a strong knowledge around your products to perform the right level of product leadership 
  • As our organization is located in both Copenhagen, Aalborg, and Warszawa, you are expected to be present across locations when needed
  • Be part of the Scoutz management team and be a central part of building our organization and culture 

To succeed you will have:   

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills  
  • To work closely together with the development director of Scoutz, development managers, architects, product owners, other product managers and customers 
  • A customer centric mindset – meaning that you always will try to see things from a customer perspective 
  • People leadership motivates you. You know how to show the way and perform balanced leadership 
  • A great understanding of what it means to perform strategic product leadership and to take ownership for the products in your portfolio 
  • Preferably have financial sector experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, and you balance your communication depending on who the receiver is. You will both be communicating towards top management, customers, and team members 

It’s nice-to-have: 

  • Knowledge around the Salesforce platform and understanding of the banking industry 
  • You have a long track record of working in the intersection between IT and business 
  • Working with 3rd party platforms
