Processing of your personal data when registering a Job agent profile

DLG a.m.b.a., Ballesvej 2, 7000 Fredericia, Danmark, CVR no. 24246930 is data controller for the information that you submit when registering for a job by creating a job agent profile via the recruitment system, Talent Recruiter by HR Manager.

When you subscribe for job ads through Talent Recruiter, you accept that we register your name and email address for the purpose of sending you personalized emails about relevant job openings in the DLG Group. In order for us to be able to use that information, you must submit a written consent by checking the box below. If you do not consent to us collecting your personal data, it will not be possible for you to create a job agent profile.

If you regret your consent, or do not want a job agent profile with us anymore, simply stop subscribing to the job agent and your previously stored information will be deleted. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawful processing of your personal data up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you revoke your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

You have the right to gain insight to the personal data that is registered on you and you also have the right to have any incorrect information altered. You can read more about your rights in our Privacy Policy for Recruitment and in Chapter III of The General Data Protection Regulation found on The Danish Data Protection Agency’s website: https://www.datatilsynet.dk/english/legislation/.

To subscribe to the job agent, you must accept:

• that you have read and understood the above Privacy Policy for Recruitment

• that you consent to the processing of the personal data entered
