Are you our next pioneer?
You will participate in improving our systems to prevent recurrent deviations and deliver compliance support for the Utility-, Metrology-, Maintenance- and Automation- specialists.
Being part of a department with a broad area of responsibility allows you to work with various challenges in many disciplines. Some of your tasks will be to:
- Set the strategic compliance level aligning with QA
- Own deviations and Root Cause investigations
- Drive and document Changes Controls
- Participate in inspections from different agencies (DKMA/FDA)
- Responsible for trending GMP KPIs to support continuous improvement
- Specialist review of compliance documentation
Meet the team
You will join a team of skilled colleagues who collaboratively work cross-functionally on deviations or other complex cases. The department plays a vital role in strategy execution, from participating in the early CAPEX project design phase to implementation and going into operation within Utility, HVAC, Automation, etc. Today the department has 30 Engineers, Compliance Specialists, and Technicians.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with
- A master’s degree in engineering, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or another relevant field
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or similar
- It is an advantage if you have experience working with root-cause investigations
- Fluent English skills both written and verbal.

The bus has four departures every morning and afternoon with scheduled stops at Hørsholmvej and Kvistgaard St. We offer charging stations at our facilities in Kvistgaard, providing our employees with the convenience of charging their electric vehicles at the workplace.
