Production Analyst

This position requires a keen eye for detail and a robust analytical skill set to collect and compile data from various production performance sources. Conducting exploratory data analysis is crucial to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that could impact production quality and efficiency. 

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power-BI, is essential to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Moreover, a successful candidate would be one who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, working alongside different teams to develop and maintain data and information systems that monitor factory performance. Driving systematic problem-solving projects to address major production variation contributors is also a key responsibility. This role not only supports the operational excellence of the facility but also ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality vaccines to meet global health needs.

As a key member of the Drug Product Production team, your role is pivotal in shaping the operational excellence of the factory. Your expertise in developing and maintaining production performance data systems will be instrumental in optimizing processes across the board, from formulation to packaging. With your analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights that will drive strategic decisions and improve efficiency. The informal atmosphere of the team fosters a dynamic environment where your contributions will significantly influence the managerial application of production data, ensuring that the factory operates at its highest potential.

  • You ensure that key production data are continuously updated and visualized on info dashboards
  • Based on basic statistical tools you conduct exploratory data analysis to identify production performance trends, patterns, and anomalies

The new service improves the commuting experience to and from Kvistgaard, where some of our employees can now benefit from a significant time savings of almost 40 minutes each way, making their daily commute more efficient and convenient.
