We are seeking a Production Manager to guide our future direction and ensure Bavarian Nordic continues to provide sufficient and safe lifesaving vaccines from our Drug Product facility.
You will join a team of 5 people: a Production Planner, a Production Analyst, two Production Managers, and the Snr. Manager to whom all reports. Together, we make up the Drug Product Production leadership team.
The team is situated at the Drug Product factory in Kvistgaard, which covers several processes from formulation to packaging. You will lead approximately 25 operators covering formulation, filling, and wash & sterilization. The team works on 3 shifts Monday to Friday. The atmosphere is informal, and you will have a great impact on how the team performs.

Our employees also have the advantage of using our bus route, 70E, which runs from Humlebæk Station directly to our production facilities in Kvistgaard. The bus has four departures every morning and afternoon with scheduled stops at Hørsholmvej and Kvistgaard St.
The new service improves the commuting experience to and from Kvistgaard, where some of our employees can now benefit from a significant time savings of almost 40 minutes each way, making their daily commute more efficient and convenient.
We also have charging stations at our facilities in Kvistgaard, providing our employees with the convenience of charging their electric vehicles at the workplace.
