Online Marketing Assistant for Calgros and Famobra

In the Famobra family, we have 3 companies Famobra, Famobra PTE, and Calgros and our team supports all three within different digital marketing disciplines. In this position, you will be responsible for our newsletters and website behavior analytics. Based on data and insights you will create personalized and tailored newsletters to our customers. You will have contact with both internal and external stakeholders and continuously update your knowledge about online marketing within the FMCG industry.

Your tasks

  • Weekly production of the Calgros and Famobra Newsletters
  • Contact to and coordinate with our agency
  • Coordination of ad banners and product recommendations
  • Creating User behavior reports based on Google Analytics (GA4), our CMS and CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Creating reports with KPI’s from our website
  • Internal meetings with sales & marketing

About you
You have a relevant education and experience in marketing. It is an advantage if you have worked within retail, FMCG, or in an agency. You are skilled within online sales and are used to working with data and analytics within marketing. If you have experience with Google Analytics (GA4) it is an advantage. You have extensive knowledge of newsletters for example in Mailchimp or Dynamic Web CMS. You are proficient in MS Office, most importantly Excel. English is a must, and if you speak/write German it is an advantage.
