Do you want to be part of Scandinavia’s largest lingerie brand and manage CHANGE´s marketing department, servicing our +300 CHANGE concept stores and 9 e-commerce business units? 


About the position: 
As Head of Marketing, you are responsible for driving the required traffic to our two sales channels at the lowest cost. You will manage a full-service insourced team of 16 direct reports, placed at our head office in Farum and at our Polish office in Lodz, and 8 indirect local Marketing Managers placed in our various markets. 


At CHANGE, we are currently undergoing a true “revolution” in our marketing approach towards our customers, our stores and our e-commerce sites. Concerning our customers, we are moving from generic communication to personalized communication, using an advanced CDP system which has recently been implemented and is under development. Concerning our stores, we are moving from uniform media coverage towards localized optimization, taking into consideration both local traffic and tactical campaigns. Concerning our e-commerce site, our newly implemented composable commerce architecture allows us to move from a generic site to multiple sub-sites with relevant content representing the various product segments. 


With our ambition to optimize the marketing approach towards our customers and sales channels we are looking for a Head of Marketing, who is a strong analyst and who can organize and lead the team efficiently.  

As Head of Marketing, you will work closely together with the two other departments, Product Development and Merchandising, which make up our brand, as well as the retail and e-commerce business. You will refer to the CEO. 

Professional competencies:
•    Bachelor or Master’s in Business and/or Marketing.
•    Minimum of 10 years work experience in a marketing role, from which at least 5 years are from a managerial role at a similar or higher level. 
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience from a retail apparel or lifestyle business. 
•    Track record in growing sales from on-line and off-line marketing activities.
•    Hands on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Falcon etc.
•    Experience with CRM and defining strategic customer segmentation.
•    Experience in the development of customer retention strategy. 
•    Ability to develop, monitor and report on relevant KPIs and budgets. 
•    High level within IT tools.
•    Fluent in English, written and oral.
