Change of Scandinavia A/S is looking for a Business Controller to support our retail organisation with financial insights and performance analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with Country Managers, our Logistic & Production Management and other stakeholders across our international markets to support decision-making and drive business performance. You will become part of our Business Finance Team sitting at our headquarter in Farum.
Your responsibilities
As Business Controller, you will contribute to a variety of financial and commercial processes, including:
Financial Performance Follow-up
• Support the monthly follow-up on P&L performance in selected business areas.
• Participate in Business Reviews together with Managers and the Business Finance Team.
• Assist in analysing deviations from budget and forecast and identify business drivers behind performance.
Salary Cost and Workforce Planning
• Support monitoring and follow-up on salary costs across responsible business areas.
• Analyse worked hours and labour productivity.
• Assist in explaining variances between actual results and budget/forecast.
Budgeting and Forecasting
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support financial planning and follow-up.
Business Analysis
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs and campaign results.
• Provide insights that help stakeholders understand financial and operational performance.
• Support ad hoc analyses and business-related projects.
Your profile
You hold a relevant degree within Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar and have a strong interest in business performance and retail operations.
You have 3+ years of experience within controlling or a similar analytical role. Experience from a retail business is an advantage but not a requirement.
You enjoy working with data and numbers and are motivated by turning data into insights that support business decisions.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create meaningful and visualised data insights.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong IT skills and interest in data.
• Structured approach to work and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
