Senior Product Manager – Monitoring & Prognostics

As our new Senior Product Manager, you will be the primary lead and responsible for the full product life cycle of the product portfolio Monitoring & Prognostics. You will closely collaborate with main stakeholders across the company, including Key Account Management, Business Units, and Product Development. You will drive and ensure a clear and updated Business Strategy, Business Roadmap and Business Briefs as well as take full ownership of the entire KK IP Product Group and its development/business impact towards world class performance. 


Your key responsibilities
As a key player in the Monitoring & Prognostics product group, you will lead the full product life cycle of our products, platforms, modules, and components. You will actively participate in developing and executing the Product Management Function Strategy, driving business insights on market trends, customer needs, user experience, technological advancements, and overall business performance. 

Your role involves annually driving and updating the Business Strategy and Business Roadmap to reflect current realities. You will fulfill and contribute to the development of the Product Development framework and tools, ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate Product Master Data. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive business briefs, including business cases for each development initiative, and delivering strong presentations at Product Committee Meetings. You will actively engage in product release communications, lead necessary sales training to maximize market impact, and ensure robust coordination and collaboration with the Marketing team. Your responsibilities also include monitoring and leading initiatives for product maintenance, updates, or phase-outs, and fostering strong collaboration with Business Units and Product Development to align business insights with capabilities.


About you
We imagine you possess a Master's degree in Technical/Commercial or Business Development Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5-10 years in the Product Management area. You have extensive working experience within Digital Solutions in the renewables sector, particularly in Wind and P2X or the like. You have some knowledge about SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), Edge Computing and general business development and value generation from software products & services. Strong business and commercial acumen, combined with excellent program/project management and communication skills, are essential. 

You are systematic and detail-oriented, particularly adept at understanding business risks, with strong skills in market and financial analysis. High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with fluent English, is required.
