We are seeking two independent and service-minded individuals with enthusiasm and strong organizational skills to join our new Internal Sales Team in Copenhagen. We are looking to fill the following positions:

• Internal Sales Coordinator - Europe
• Internal Sales Coordinator – Export, North America and Middle East

We offer two exciting job opportunities at VERPAN in Copenhagen. Our energy level is high, and we are passionate about providing good and efficient service to our customers. We are a flat and dynamic organization with an informal tone. You will be part of a VERPAN team of 10 employees in Copenhagen, handling various roles within Sales, Marketing, Design, and Product Development. Additionally, we have VERPAN colleagues in Horsens, Europe, and Asia. Your main task is to support VERPAN’s customers and external sales organization worldwide and manage daily operations. The positions are highly versatile with many different tasks.

Tasks for both positions:

• Help optimize processes, systems, and structures within Internal Sales at VERPAN
• Act as a link between external sales companies, salespeople, distributors, and dealers for VERPAN.
• Follow up on campaigns, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts initiated by VERPAN Marketing.
• Handle quotes, orders, product, and delivery inquiries.
• Manage complaints.
• Coordinate logistics tasks related to shipping goods.
• Create and update master data, price lists, and customer agreements.
• Prepare and coordinate export documents.
• Various ad hoc tasks within customer service

Who are you?

We are looking for two individuals with experience in internal sales who thrive on administrative tasks and value good customer dialogue. We seek candidates who enjoy a varied task portfolio, have a keen eye for detail, and can prioritize and structure their work effectively. You should be outgoing, able to communicate positivity and professionalism via email and phone and be used to working at a fast pace.

You will have customer contact and collaborate with salespeople from all over the world, so good communication skills are essential. You must be able to speak and write English at a high level, as it is crucial for maintaining good dialogue with our customers. Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
