Pizza Hut is coming to town and are looking for an Area Coach  - is that you?
As our Area Coach you will be responsible for the management teams of 3-4 restaurants in the greater Copenhagen area. Most daily tasks will be to ensure the operations runs smoothly sometimes it can be necessary for you to step in and give a hand. Using your business expertise and management skills, you keep both your team and your customers happy.

Your responsibility but not limited to:
Part of your responsibility also includes recruiting, hiring, and planning for future team members, ensuring you always have a strong lineup ready to step up. Naturally you make sure your restaurant training programs are top-notch, equipping both team members and restaurant managers with the skills and training they need to excel and reach their career goals. Your day-to day routine will also be keeping a close eye on Pizza Huts worldwide performance and activities. On a weekly basis you will be reporting to management in USA.

Humbly stepping into the role of Area Coach, you ensure brand understanding and that everyone consistently works according to the intended values. Education & other skills:
•    Great at communicating in both written and spoken Danish and English.
•    Knowledgeable about salary percentages and kitchen percentages.
•    Good with budgets.
•    Experience in a similar role is a plus.
•    Management experience 
•    Training experience
