The Grants and Business Development Manager (GBDM) is a management position supporting country leads to ensure the country strategy and programme design are of high quality, based on evidence, and implemented according to the organization’s standards. The GM is responsible for leadership, quality control and management of the Grants Management Unit, which consists of Grants Management and Partnerships. This position also provides coordination and technical support to the Head of Programs (HoP).

About you In this position, you are expected to demonstrate DRC’s five core competencies:
Conditions Contract: Twelve months’ contract with possibility of extension, subject to funding and performance. Salary and conditions in accordance with the Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for International staff or under terms of employment for National Staff in Sudan. This position is graded at M.F
