We are in search of a Technical Proposal Manager to join our Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) department. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting LTSA proposal quotes, maintenance plans, and other related tasks to ensure our customers feel fully supported and secure under our long-term service agreements.
You will play an important role in:
- Translating specific customer requirements into comprehensive Long Term Service Agreements proposal quotes
- Developing LTSA solutions encompassing spare parts, on-board service attendance, and technical assistance
- Enhancing and evolving the LTSA Concept on an ongoing basis
- Providing technical support to our Sales team, both internally and externally
- Collaborating with various departments such as Engineering, Technical Service, and Retrofit
- Assisting our International Group Companies (IGCs) globally
- Actively engaging in projects across internal and cross-departmental teams
We imagine that you:
- Have a background in Marine Engineering or related field
- Have hands-on experience in maintaining 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
- Previous seagoing experience as an engineer is beneficial
- Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Enjoy working in a technical, detail-oriented setting
- Excel as a team player
- Are proficient in Danish and English
