Welding Specialist

You will play an important role in quality assurance of :

  • Be the key player in first-time production approval for critical components.
  • Propel the digitalization of quality control forward.
  • Develop welding process know-how.
  • Define quality specifications based on design needs.
  • Work with in-house and external partner on development of welding processes.

Our engines and solutions span across Japan, South Korea, and China, and you will be expected to travel about two times per year. Engage closely with vendors worldwide, working on-site in Asia or from our head office in collaboration with local staff in China and Korea.

We imagine that you have:

  • A Background as MSc. or BSc. in Engineering.
  • Knowledge in and practical experience with welding processes
  • Insight into metallurgy including stainless steel metallurgy
  • Valuable experience with digital solutions for quality monitoring.
  • A strong drive with an empathic touch.
  • English and Danish communicative skills both written and orally.

You will be part of the Production Quality team, where the main responsibilities are quality assurance of production of engine components and supplier development. We are approx. 15 people with individual competences in different areas and a common desire to take quality to the next level. You will join a team with a good mixture of experience, new ideas, theoretical and practical background. There is a relaxed and open atmosphere in the team.
