We are looking for a committed student assistant for immediate employment. The position is located in our Shipping Inbound & Cross Trade department, which consists of 13 permanent employees across two sites in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn. As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to become part of a dynamic and international work environment

You will play a role in developing and delivering the best possible solutions for our customers worldwide
For immediate entry in our department located in Copenhagen, we are looking for a flexible and structured Student Assistant

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing inbound freight deviation lists and forwarding information to relevant parties
• Preparing and sending return letters to customers
• Assisting with document management and archiving
• Work close with other departments, including foreign offices, carriers, suppliers, and customers
• Handle ad hoc shipping- and administration related tasks

Shipping Inbound & Cross Trade is a part of Supply Chain DK organization and divided between two locations, Copenhagen and Frederikshavn, consisting of 14 employees.
