As a UI/UX Designer at MAN Energy Solutions you will be responsible for supporting the organization in optimizing and building new software solutions and applications in well thought out and comfortable user interfaces. As part of our company’s continued development of user-relevant digital solutions we commit to supporting the business through excellence in design.

You will play an important role in:

• Understanding and mapping the user’s needs for digital solutions and systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather solution requirements and define design goals
• Creating interactive wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and validate the user journey
• Conducting usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate design standards across all our digital platforms

We imagine that you:

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree related to User Experience Design or similar fields
• Have 3+ years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design
• Are proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Wireframing tools (e.g. Axure, Adobe XD, Figma etc.).
• Experience with CMS is an advantage.
• Have a strong understanding of best practices within user-centered design principles and design thinking
• A proficient user of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint who can leverage their features and functionalities. 
• A collaborative and communicative team player who can work effectively with others using the Agile Framework.
• Excel in communication and collaboration in English and knowledge of German is an advantage.
