Who we are:

At DLG Group, our Group Center of Expertise focuses on three main areas: TALENT, PERFORMANCE, and REWARDS. As a team we work together across these topics to achieve our goals. In the REWARDS area, we are creating a new Reward Partner role giving you a chance to shape this position together with your colleagues.

 

Your role in the team:

As a Reward Partner, you will set and maintain high standards for compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies at DLG Group. You will design programs that attract and motivate employees, aligning them with our company’s goals. You will have many opportunities for collaboration and personal growth, working with our specialist areas.

We use Mercer's job evaluation system, already in Denmark and expanding to Germany, Sweden, etc. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Compensation and Benefits Design and Management: Create fair and diverse compensation and benefits packages.

2. Vendor Management: Work with vendors to improve our rewards programs.

3. Total Rewards Strategy Development: Lead the creation of rewards strategies that engage employees and support our company's success.

4. Communications Clearly explain reward programs to ensure employees understand and are engaged.

Your key deliverables as a Reward Partner, will be to establish and maintain a unified job structure, develop competitive pay bands, design relevant pay structures, implement fair pay actions, and enhance reward management skills through training. You will continuously improve reward programs to keep them effective and relevant.

 

Effective communicator with experience within Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a motivated team player with a successful track record. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in economics, business management, finance, HR, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and job structures
  • Experience in other HR areas like People Analytics, Talent Management, or Performance Management in an international company
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Effective communicator that can link a vision with practical plans
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English and perhaps German
