Java fullstack engineer (senior)

We are searching for a Java fullstack developer

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our Mortgage Program. The program is in charge of building the robust mortgage solution that serves 20 different banks across Denmark.

The Java fullstack position offers a great opportunity to rebuild the exisiting front-end part and help us move the modernization of the application to make it better. 

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Jakub Milewski.

Primary task and responsibilities include: 

  • Complex Challenges: Dive into an intriguing project that spans multiple components and technologies. You’ll collaborate with 4 teams in BEC and 9 teams in Nykredit, ensuring a stimulating and diverse experience.
  • End-to-End Impact: From design and refinement to development, code review, and deployment, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our solution.
  • Tech Stack: Explore a rich ecosystem including Java, Rest APIs, Angular, Camunda, test automation, Kafka, and OpenShift. Your expertise will drive innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow developers, architects, BAs, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Your insights will shape our success.
  • Stay Ahead: Embrace new technology trends and share your knowledge with the team. We thrive on continuous learning.
  • Client Interaction: Attend meetings with clients, contributing to our client-centric aproach.
