Braathens is looking for a new Fleet Chief Pilot for the ATR 72-600 fleet

We are now looking for a Fleet Chief Pilot ATR to join our Flight Operations team and be responsible for our ATR fleet consisting of seventeen ATR 72-600.
We are looking for you who is a motivated team player ready to join the team to become one of the best ACMI operator in Europe. In this role you will be leading in developing processes, propose changes, and develop innovative solutions aligned with our sustainability goals and business plan.
You will be an important part of our flight operations team that includes Fleet Office, Operational Control Centre, Chief Cabin Crew and our Flight Safety Officer.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Designing and implementing Flight Operations SOPs and manuals.
- Analyzing Flight Operations data.
- Ensuring SOP adherence and operational efficiency.
- Liaising with authorities and external stakeholders.
- Performing risk assessments and reporting SPIs and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Turboprop experience
- Proven administrative skills and knowledge of civil aviation regulations.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience from turboprop operation.
- Previous experience as a leader with responsibility for staff, projects, or organizational development.
Outside the scope of the role:
- Matters related to the crew that are outside the direct operation of the aircraft, such as HR, salaries, contracts, and annual leave requests, are managed by HR and Flight Crew Management
The position is based in Stockholm, Bromma. It is a permanent, full-time role with a 6-month probation period. The position includes about 40% of flight duty on our ATR Fleet.
