Why join TechAcademy? 

Throughout TechAcademy, you will work in a team on one shared, client-relevant case. You will receive business context, stakeholder perspectives, data and constraints, but you will not be given the answer. 

It will be up to your team to identify the most valuable opportunity, select a solution worth pursuing and demonstrate why it can create an impact. 

Along the way, you will receive inspiration, practical tools and sparring from KPMG NewTech professionals with experience in technology, AI and consulting. The program is designed to give you a realistic view of how we work with complex client challenges at KPMG NewTech.  

Who are we looking for? 

• TechAcademy is open to all university students (bachelor’s or master’s level), regardless of your field of study.  
• You don’t need a tech background, what matters most is your interest in learning and genuine curiosity about technology. Skills can be taught, but interest in learning is key
• Permanent residency in Copenhagen is required. 

Practical information: 

Format: Four evening sessions from 16:00-21:00 

Location: KPMG, Copenhagen 

Participation: Attendance and active participation are expected across all four sessions 

Included: Dinner, refreshments, materials and access to relevant tools during the sessions 

Session dates 

• Session 1: 4 March, 2027 
• Session 2: 18 March, 2027 
• Session 3: 8 April, 2027 
• Session 4 and finale: 23 April, 2027 

Application: 

To apply, submit a motivational letter or video as well as CV and grade transcripts no later than 30 November, 2026. 

In your motivational letter, you should answer the following questions, max 1 page: 

• Why would you like to participate in KPMG TechAcademy? 
• What do you hope to learn or gain from the program? 
• What makes you a strong candidate for TechAcademy? 

You may draw on experiences from your studies, work, volunteering, student organisations or personal projects. 

We expect to provide feedback to all applicants during December 2026 or January 2027.
