Now we're looking for a Learning & Development Manager who can help take that capability to the next level.

This is not a traditional training role. We are looking for someone who understands that learning only creates value when it changes behaviour, builds confidence and delivers measurable business results.

You will own the global retail learning agenda, designing and delivering programmes that accelerate onboarding, strengthen leadership, elevate sales performance and help our teams bring Danish design and extraordinary customer experiences to life every day.

What you'll do

You'll design and lead a scalable global learning ecosystem that supports our retail strategy and helps our people perform at their best.

Key focus areas include:

• Store Leadership Development Programmes
• Retail onboarding journeys
• Sales capability programmes
• Interior Design Service behavioural training
• Studio and ERP enablement
• Future capability initiatives supporting business growth

Working closely with colleagues from Retail Operations, Commercial, Marketing, HR, VM and IT, you will translate business priorities into engaging learning experiences that drive measurable impact.

You will:

• Design end-to-end learning journeys and development frameworks
• Create blended learning experiences across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels
• Develop scalable tools, resources and training content
• Facilitate leadership programmes and capability workshops globally
• Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives across markets
• Measure adoption, behavioural change and business impact
• Build a culture of continuous learning, coaching and accountability

Who you are

You are a commercially minded learning professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You know how to create engaging learning experiences, but more importantly, you know how to translate learning into performance.

You bring:

• 5+ years' experience within Learning & Development, Retail Operations or Leadership Development
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and sales development programmes
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• A solid understanding of retail KPIs and commercial drivers
• Experience working across international or franchise environments
• The ability to turn strategy into practical actions and measurable results

Location

This role can be based from our offices in either Copenhagen or Aarhus, with international travel as required.
