Your team welcomes you with open arms
As our new Buyer in the Procurement & Outsourcing team in Warsaw, you will join a collaborative, knowledge driven environment where ownership and follow through are valued. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Risk, and Finance, acting as a grounded and reliable procurement partner who helps move requests forward and ensures they close properly.
In this role, you will contribute to both day to day procurement execution and the continuous improvement of how procurement supports the bank as it grows — focusing on structure, clarity, and pragmatic commercial outcomes.

We offer a hybrid work model to support flexibility and productivity, while expecting regular time in the office to build effective working relationships and momentum within the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you
Procurement execution & ownership

  • Manage your own portfolio of renewals and supplier onboardings end to end, from intake through to contract execution, within defined risk and spend thresholds

  • Prepare spend analysis, contract reviews, benchmarks and negotiation inputs, helping the team identify, track and report savings and renewal opportunities
  • Act as the primary procurement counterpart to internal stakeholders for assigned activities

Supplier onboarding & contract lifecycle

  • Drive supplier onboarding and due diligence processes, coordinating documentation, reviews, and approvals
  • Manage contract administration and track upcoming renewals, keeping contracts, key commercial data and supplier records accurate and audit-ready
  • Procurement intake & coordination
  • Act as a key intake point for procurement requests via the Procurement mailbox
  • Triage and prioritise requests within scope, coordinating inputs across Legal, Risk, Finance, and service owners

Governance, process & improvement

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain procurement trackers and registers
  • Identify recurring request patterns and operational inefficiencies, proposing pragmatic process and tooling improvements

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the ideal candidate, you have a university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in procurement, buying, sourcing, vendor or contract management, or a similar commercial role.

You are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of renewal and onboarding activities and working closely with both internal stakeholders and suppliers. Experience in a regulated or controlled environment, with exposure to third-party risk and outsourcing frameworks such as DORA and the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, would be a plus. Exposure to IT software and services procurement, including SaaS, licensing, professional services, or managed services, would also be an advantage.

You are commercially minded, with good judgement and strong attention to detail. Structured, reliable, and proactive in your follow-up, you communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
