Software engineer (junior)- Mainframe/Talent Program

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Students or recent graduates of computer science or candidates with a master's degree in other fields, who would like to develop in IT area 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Available at least 32 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Motivated to join a program for 1 year and willing to grow with us afterwards
  • Quick learners focused on personal development and improving their technical knowledge
  • Open for hybrid-work in our Warsaw office

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – MAINFRAME?

  • Learn from scratch about stable financial technology Mainframe from experienced Cobol developers for 3 weeks intensive Mainframe specific training
  • Write testable, efficient code to support varied and complex IT solutions, that fulfil the requirements of our customer  
  • Be an active team member and taking responsibility of developing and implementing IT solutions as well as new technologies
  • Participate in scrum events, where you share experiences, new ideas and create an environment that fosters professional and personal growth
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and other teams to ensure the best possible solutions for incoming business requirements.

  • Online technical test checking basic knowledge required for the specific Talent Program path
  • 1st interview – meet our recruiters who want to learn about your motivation and soft skills
  • 2nd interview – with a technical expert
  • Last stage – assessment & interview with the hiring manager
  • Offer – all feedbacks and offers 
  • First day of work - August 1st
