Test engineer (junior)/ Talent Program

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Students or recent graduates (graduated within last year) of computer science or other IT - related speciality; or candidates with a master's degree, who would like to develop in IT area 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Available at least 32 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Motivated to join a program for 1 year and willing to grow with us afterwards
  • Quick learners focused on personal development and improving their technical knowledge
  • Open for hybrid-work in our Warsaw office

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR TEST ENGINEER?

  • Perform thorough testing to identify bugs and issues to confirm the stability of software systems
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases
  • Work collaboratively with QA, development, and business groups to complete testing and resolve the issue
  • Prepare reports and documentation using programs like JIRA
  • Conduct testing to ensure fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality

  • Online technical test checking basic knowledge required for the specific Talent Program path
  • 1st interview – meet our recruiters who want to learn about your motivation and soft skills
  • 2nd interview – with a technical expert
  • Last stage – assessment & interview with the hiring manager
  • Offer – all feedbacks and offers 
  • First day of work - August 1st
