We are searching for a Robotic Process Automation Developer

For this role, we are looking for someone to join Nykredit – one of the banks BEC Poland works closely with.

Nykredit is both a bank and a mortgage provider owned by an association of customers. Being customer-owned, they are in a unique position to give something back to their customers when they are doing well. Together they can simply do more for their customers and for society.

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland, where you will join our Robotics team, which is part of the AI Models and Robotics department and is responsible for automating processes at Nykredit.

The Robotic Process Automation Developer position offers the chance to work on diverse automation projects using widely-adopted platforms like UiPath and Power Platform. You'll be part of a close-knit, experienced team that has been collaborating effectively for years, providing a stable and supportive environment for growth. At Nykredit, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Lasse Daniel Sander Jensen.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Bug fixing in UiPath: 80%
• New project development in UiPath: 10%
• New project development in Power Platform: 10%
• Collaborating with Process Consultants
• Communicating with business stakeholders to address and resolve issues
• Quarterly travel to Nykredit's Copenhagen headquarter

To succeed you will have:

• A curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in UiPath, with experience in developing and maintaining
• Solid understanding of Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Strong scripting skills in Visual Basic

It is nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with Power Fx, Power BI, C#, and Python
