This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join our Business Finance department. Business Finance is supporting our business in financial steering through reporting, financial planning, controlling etc.
Our new finance business partner will provide comprehensive financial insights and support the division directors with financial guidance by having great communication skills.
At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Jannik Moestrup.
Primary task and responsibilities include:
The divisions business review
Assist division directors with forward-looking financial insight
Monthly financial management reporting including FTE overview
Creation, development, and standardization budget and estimate models
Optimize the cost base
Streamline and standardized financial process
To succeed you will:
Have experience within finance or similar, preferably within a Fintech company
Have master’s degree in finance, business administration, management, or accounting
Are an expert in MS office
Have strong communication skills
Have a structured, pragmatic, and proactive approach
Have a combined strategic and analytical mindset
Strive to meet deadlines
With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
