Overall purpose of the role:
S/he will administrate the core information management system to store all data related to DRC’s programs indicators and beneficiaries, while also collecting, storing, and making available all relevant information and data related to Iraq for the partners. The IM Officer will process and analyze available information/data related to DRC’s programs and areas of operation in Iraq, according to the information needs of the program teams. This includes basic analytics such as creating visuals, regular reporting, summarizing findings, and data quality checks.
It is critical that the IMS Officer be an excellent communicator, who is supportive, and solution-focused. S/he needs to be analytical, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to support DRC’s portfolio with limited daily support and direction.
