G4S Denmark is looking for a Network Engineer that will work in global and local G4S IT infrastruce. The position will be based in G4S Denmark and will be a member of the G4S Global IT network group. The engineer will primarily focus on day to day maintenance, support and assisting in the planning, design and implementation of network solutions. It includes performing 3rd level support, root cause analysis, interface with various vendors and making recommendations on global best practices across Europe, UK&I and Africa. G4S DK has several locations so travelling, mainly in Denmark, is part of the position. The engineer will be a member of a 24/7 NOC based on a four week scheme in collaboration with the other team colleagues
The position • Participate in a 24/7 NOC • Fluent in English (verbal, writing) • Experienced in VmWare infrastructure • CCNA & CCNP (Routing & Switching; Data Center) • 3+ years experience with Cisco Routing & Switching in medium to large enterprises • Network Management platform experience advantageous • Any 1 of the following will be Advantageous: CCNP Cloud; Fortigate; Cisco Umbrella • Knowledge in Cloud such as GCP, AWS will be advantageous
