As a subsidiary of Daimler AG, EvoBus Denmark A/S is responsible for the Sales and Aftersales of Mercedes-Benz Buses, Coaches and inibuses within Denmark.

Your tasks 
  • Responsible for ensuring profitable growth in sales to our customers 
  • Defining sales strategy to improve sales & revenue 
  • Ensure economical and a highly profitable local sales operation
  • Monitor local sales performance on revenue, profit and customer satisfaction
  • Seeking opportunities in the customer base through up-selling, repeat sales, new business and relationship building
  • Supports the proposal preparation process 
  • Work closely with the Customer Services department to upsell downstream products like service contracts and telematics solutions 
  • Drive and sustainably implement measures from the current and future-oriented strategic and operative targets
  • Inspire, manage and develop the Sales team 
  • Driver of innovation, change and ongoing improvement 
  • Develop customer relationship and strategic business partners 
 
Your profil 
  • You are hold a BA degree in business administration or marketing, or a BSc degree in engineering 
  • You have minimum 10 year of sales experience in an international matrix organization 
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience of managing teams of 5 to 10 sales people 
  • You are very empathetic, able to respond to others, focus on customer needs and always understand the customer’s concern and take it into consideration 
  • You are flexible but you can also openly address and constructively solve conflicts with customers and colleagues 
  • You have team and cooperation skills and therefore ensure smooth cooperation between all departments 
  • You are loyal, pursue your goals with drive and enthusiasm, proactive and result orientated 
  • You are fluent in English and preferable also in German
