We are currently looking for a Revenue Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Service & Support Centre.

• You assist the Revenue Team with maximizing the hotel revenues.
• You perform analysis in order to assess and adapt strategy.
• You verify that inventory and price are correctly visible across all distribution channels.
• You identify and analyze demand trends.
• You ensure that all data and reporting is of high quality.
• You work with other departments to exceed our owners, shareholders, and customers demand.
• You closely follow hotel performance and market trends (market share, channels performance …).
• You assist determining pricing and yielding strategy for rates, room types and segments as well as business mix and distribution strategy.

 

• Passion : You love working with figures, have strong analytical skills and have a previous experience in a Revenue Department.
• Degree level : preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Multiskilled : You can multitask and you know how to prioritize.
• Team player : You work well individually as well as part of a team.
• Accurate : You have an eye for detail.
• Business acumen : Strategic thinking and commercial sense are 2 qualities that fit you as a glove.
• Communicator : You speak and write fluently in English and French; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of software. Microsoft Office 365 (Excel) does not have any secrets for you. Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
