We are currently looking for a Area Individual Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

• Checking availability for accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
• Making reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
• Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details
• Solving any issues that may arise after the costumer stay
• Up-selling by informing of additional services or packages
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
• Advising customers about local attractions and places of interest

• Independent. You work independently and are well organised.  However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
• Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
• Accurate. You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
• Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
• Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
• Flexible. You adapt easily to people and situations.
