On Robot is the leading innovator and supplier of Collaborative Grippers with true Plug n´ Produce functionality. Since the founding in 2015 On Robot is using an expanding network of global partners to support the growing market. The main office is located in Odense. 
 
To strengthen the Sales Organization, On Robot is looking for a Sales Supporter with responsibility for the administrative tasks associated with sales including order registration and shipment as well as customer and distributor queries. 

Order administration principles  
You will become part of a sales team of approx. 7-8 people including ASM, technical support and marketing & sales support. Your primary task will be providing administrative sales support to all the ASMs and you will be reporting to the operation manager.  
 
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales principles and customer services practices. This entails good interpersonal, communicational and organizational skills. Your main tool will be the ERP system and it is therefore essential that you have experience with this.  
 
It is important that you have a high level of proficiency in English and preferably other languages as well. Danish is not a requirement for possessing the job but it is definitely an advantage. Furthermore, you must have a basic understanding of business systems and an interest in attaining technical insight. You must be able to work independently, proactively and enterprisingly in a fast changing environment with many unforeseen challenges, while always ensuring a friendly and client oriented approach.  
 
Your responsibilities are the following: 
  • Order registration and shipment in the ERP system 
  •  RMA handling in the ERP system 
  •  Debtor payment follow up 
  •  Provide troubleshooting assistance for distributor orders and daily assistance to distributors.
  •  Daily support for ASM’s 
  •  Provide data and guides to help the sales team 
  •  Follow up on key figures 
  •  Planning of sales events 
  •  Manage sales tracking tools and report on important sales information to AMS’s 
  •  Keep record of sales trends 
  •  PR/Marketing related activities as support to ASM  
  •  Identifying the clients need
