Planner

The Planner is responsible for meticulously planning and scheduling all fabric maintenance activities in alignment with client requirements and contract specifications. This office-based position in Esbjerg ensures the efficient coordination of tasks, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with client-established tollgate criteria.

 

Key objectives

  • Develop comprehensive plans encompassing 2W Frozen, 5W, 4 Month, and Annual schedules to facilitate the seamless execution of fabric maintenance activities
  • Attend and facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication, streamline decision-making processes, and maintain alignment with project objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate data to the Project Control Manager to support informed decision-making and project oversight
  • Foster collaborative relationships with the client's fabric maintenance team, onshore focal points, and offshore FMC supervisors to facilitate smooth project execution and address any concerns or challenges proactively

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed fabric maintenance schedules, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and leveraging industry best practices to drive operational excellence
  • Chair meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project milestones, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary, ensuring project objectives are met
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify trends, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies to enhance project outcomes
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, proactively addressing issues and fostering a collaborative working relationship

 

The Planner gets the reference to the Projects Controls Manager and will liaise with Client Fabric Maintenance Team, Onshore Focal Points and FMC Supervisors.
