Head of eCommerce

Do you want to be a part of Scandinavia’s largest lingerie brand and manage CHANGE’s fast-growing eCom business? CHANGE has pursued a composable commerce architecture as a foundation for supporting the company’s growth journey and to deliver superior digital customer experience that matches the in-store experience. E-Com is an important and growing part of our business, but we still have a large unfulfilled potential for further growth in both existing and in new markets. We are therefore looking for a Head of eCommerce who can take our eCom business to the next level.  


The position is placed at the CHANGE headquarter in Farum, Denmark and you will refer to the Sales and Marketing Director (CCO). 


About the position:
The Head of eCommerce will own the e-commerce business and manage the day-to-day eCom operations with a commercial mindset to meet sales targets and ensuring a great experience for the customers. The person will also develop and implement the future strategy for CHANGE’s e-com business in our 9 current and new markets. As Head of eCommerce, you will directly manage the operational team and the development team, and work closely together with the marketing, IT, and logistics departments. 


We are looking for an experienced candidate who can contribute to our e-commerce business from the on-set and who is motivated and driven by fulfilling the extensive business potential CHANGE is experiencing in all markets. 

Professional Competencies:
•    Strong business understanding of eCommerce and the relevant sales drivers.
•    Proven growth success and extensive experience in a similar position, preferably from a company with a full omni-channel set-up selling apparel or other relatable lifestyle products. 
•    Experience with building out the eCommerce functionalities, using proven techniques and strategies.
•    Extensive knowledge of how to manage online marketing channels such as paid ads, SEO, social media, EDMs and more. 
•    Experience with developing, communicating, and optimizing all relevant KPIs within e-commerce.
•    Ability to lead and motivate a team.
•    Ability to collaborate constructively with internal departments as well as external providers.

•    Strong analytical skills and ability to use data as the foundation for decision making.
•    A strategic mindset combined with an operational interest. 
•    Structured and ambitious.
•    Independent and pro-active. 
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Fluency in English, both written and oral.
