The role of Bartender

As a bartender at Skyline Bar, you will play a key role in providing an unparalleled experience for our guests. You will have the following objectives:

• Cocktail preparation: Craft signature cocktails and classic drinks with flair and precision.

• Customer service: Ensure guests feel welcome, valued, and provide service that exceeds expectations.

• Menu development: Contribute to the development of the cocktail menu and introduce new and exciting beverages.

• Bar area maintenance: Ensure the bar is always presentable and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Stock management: Efficiently manage inventory and ensure a suitable selection of beverages is always available.

About You

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably from a high-end cocktail bar or similar environment.

• A deep passion for mixology and a creative approach to cocktail preparation.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build good relationships with guests and colleagues.

• A positive and flexible attitude towards working hours, including evening and weekend work.

• Good language skills in both Danish and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
