The Inside Channel Manager (ICM) will focus on software and hardware sales through the development of Milestone resellers within an assigned region. The ICM will work to develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective, and focused channel partner development process that will help increase the number of active selling partners, see year-over-year revenue growth, and accelerate the sales of newly signed partners.
This position will work a remote schedule while we build out our Americas East Coast office in the Colonial Village neighborhood of Arlington, VA before moving to a hybrid schedule upon completion. The role will report to the ICM Manager, East of the ICM Team. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and manage a region of channel partners as mutually agreed with management and field sales personnel. The main focus will be the generation, support, and continued growth of:
- Milestone video management software sales
- Milestone network video appliance sales
- Existing reseller partner development
- Provide on-boarding assistance to newly signed channel partners
- Perform daily live software web demos
- Lead informative and interactive webinars for resellers and end customers
- Daily phone calls to assigned key partners to assist in growing their revenue stream with Milestone
- Document demo & call activities and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Sales forecasting
- Work strategically with field sales, your reseller & solution partners to maximize revenue in your region
- Quarterly travel into the assigned region required
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Your Experience
To be successful in this position, you will need a background in inside sales, sales development, or account management. You will use these skills on a regular basis:
- Software or product demonstration experience
- CRM experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of customer service orientation
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in important matters

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $67,000 to $150,000 with most candidates falling in the $84,000 to $98,000 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
