At Dolphin Drilling we have various offshore positions within the Marine, Technical and Drilling departments on board our units.

At Dolphin Drilling we consider applicants who have the following:

  • experience of working in the offshore drilling environment.
  • experience of a busy operational Semi-Submersible.
  • experience of working internationally (preferred).
  • a positive outlook and a flexible approach to work.
  • the ability to work within a team and look after your fellow crew members when required.
  • undertake all duties and drills as determined on the posted Station Bill and as detailed within the Dolphin Emergency Procedures Manual.
  • familiar and comply with Company policies relating to Operations, Health, Safety and Environment and the Dolphin Management System.
  • participate in safety related meetings and initiatives and take responsibility for the safety and welfare of yourself and fellow crew members.
  • complete all relevant handovers to a high standard.
  • any role specific qualifications and experience required for the position.

At Dolphin Drilling we do provide our employees with training and competency programmes, however prior to joining we have some prerequisite training that includes:

  • Offshore Survival Training BOSIET/ FOET (HUET EBD CAEBS);
  • Minimum Industry Standard Training (MIST);
  • Company medical (OGUK);
  • Certificate of Competence relevant for the position in Marine or Technical;
  • Well Control training (as required for specific positions in Drilling).
