You will refer to the Danish Vice President CFO, your new workplace will be in Copenhagen, and you also have the flexibility to work from home.
Introduction to the role
In the role you will have the overall responsibility for the management and development of the Accounting team and ensure optimal coordination within your own team but also across the organization and other relevant functions - spanning Sales and across the complete Supply Chain.
There will be a focus on the daily handling of international customers and cross-organizational cooperation, and the main priority will be to lead an effective operational flow as well as effective risk management and optimization of Net Working Capital.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team
- Manage, delegate, and outline guidelines for tasks
- Ensure correct accounts receivable, accounts payable, and travel accounting
- Participate in the strategic development of the function
- Risk Management
- Ensure high quality in the delivery
- Ensure compliance in accordance with Group guidelines
- Manage the outsourcing of A/P services to Poland
Your profile
On a personal level you are curious, analytical, and have no problem challenging status quo. You have good communication and collaboration skills towards stakeholders, and you have the ability to go in depth with complex problems.
You have a financial education on a Master level, and you are an experienced Manager with a flair to lead and come with a strong accounting and commercial business understanding.
