This will be a very dynamic role focusing on improving our way of working within all business areas to create more value for our customers with increased quality and efficiency. You will have an active role to develop and coordinate work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for our local IT Operations team and coordinate projects and processes locally in alignment with our regional- & central Digitalization and IT Functions.
You will report to the Manging Director and be a member of the Scania Danmark management team.
Key responsibilities
• You will be an ambassador of IT and digitalization within our organization with focus on working and digitalization to generate value for all stakeholders
• Continue to development cross functional collaboration clusters and spread good practice between all business areas.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Define the local IT & digitalization strategy
To be successful in this role
• You have a university degree or equivalent experience
• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience of line management with relevant experience
• You have a genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest IT and digitalization trends and technologies
• You have a hands-on way of collaboration to support each business area in leading this development and taking the necessary steps
