You will play a key role in our Sales team within Development Aid & Export Credit, ensuring seamless execution of sales projects from tender preparation to final delivery. Acting as the central coordinator, you will support Key Account Managers by managing quotations, orders, and communication with clients, agents, and internal teams, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with sales procedures.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Lynge, so a valid working permit for Denmark is required.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and structuring complex tenders, quotations and Long Term Agreements in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and global colleagues
- Driving the operational execution of sales projects, including the full order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Coordinating and delegating tasks across internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Managing order follow-up, documentation and data accuracy across multiple parallel projects
- Maintaining and updating sales related SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
You will have broad internal contact throughout our organisation based in Denmark, India, and China.
Our expectations for you:
You have a relevant educational background at bachelor level and experience from a commercial or administrative environment, preferably within sales or supply chain. You are able to operate independently, take ownership of tasks when required, and you are fluent in English.
You bring:
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, with strong administrative capabilities
- The ability to understand complexity and manage large volumes of information across multiple activities
- The ability to prioritise and stay focused and calm under pressure and tight deadlines
- A proactive mindset with ownership, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is an advantage
- Experience with project management is an advantage
