IT Technician - Copenhagen!

About the Role

We are now looking to strengthen our IT department and are recruiting a service‑minded IT Technician to join our team. The position is based at our centrally located office in Copenhagen. The rest of the IT team is located in Stockholm and Oslo, but we work as one unified team with daily meetings and continuous communication.

In this role, you will be part of a cross‑location team responsible for supporting and maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include general IT support via phone, email, and case management systems for all our offices, as well as on‑site support for our users in Copenhagen.

You are responsible, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities.

You Should Have:

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Office 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from previous IT support work.

The Following Is an Advantage:

• Relevant education in IT operations or support.
• Knowledge of networks, Active Directory/Entra, Exchange, and PowerShell.
• Good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish.
