IT-Support Technician (First line) to Copenhagen!

About the Role

We are now strengthening our IT department with recruiting a junior, service‑minded IT-Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented environment. The position is based at our centrally located office in Copenhagen. The rest of the IT team is located in Stockholm and Oslo, but we work as one unified team with daily meetings and close collaboration across locations. In this role, you will be part of a cross‑location IT team responsible for supporting and maintaining the firm’s IT environment. Your focus will be hands‑on user support, where you act as a first point of contact for colleagues and ensure they get quick, friendly, and effective help.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing day‑to‑day - IT support via phone, email, and case management systems
  • On‑site support for users at our Copenhagen office
  • Troubleshooting common IT issues for users related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and workplace IT
  • On/offboarding
  • Escalating more complex cases and working closely with senior colleagues
  • Actively contributing to a positive service experience for our users

  • You are comfortable interacting with users and are not afraid to ask questions
  • You work in a structured way but can also handle a busy workday with many requests
  • You are reliable, take responsibility, and like being part of a team

The Following Is an Advantage but Not Required:

  • Experience from previous IT support work.
  • Good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Office 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra, Exchange, and PowerShell.
