IT-Support Technician (First line) to Copenhagen!
About the Role
We are now strengthening our IT department with recruiting a junior, service‑minded IT-Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented environment. The position is based at our centrally located office in Copenhagen. The rest of the IT team is located in Stockholm and Oslo, but we work as one unified team with daily meetings and close collaboration across locations. In this role, you will be part of a cross‑location IT team responsible for supporting and maintaining the firm’s IT environment. Your focus will be hands‑on user support, where you act as a first point of contact for colleagues and ensure they get quick, friendly, and effective help.
