We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager in Sweden to develop our customer base in the Nordic countries within the Nutrition and Pharma industries. The Position
You will be responsible for your customer portfolio within the Nutrition and Pharma industries, primarily in Sweden, but also in other Nordic countries, where you will sell ingredients used in pharmaceutical products and nutritional supplements. Your focus will be on both existing customers as well as identifying new relevant customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying and mapping both potential and existing customers.
  • Conducting customer visits to identify potential and explore new business opportunities, preparing offers, negotiating prices, and following up on projects.
  • Delivering technical product presentations and solutions during customer meetings, webinars, etc.
  • Collaborating closely with key suppliers and initiating new supplier relationships by spotting trends and market needs.
  • Participating in relevant webinars, exhibitions, seminars, and other customer-related events.
  • Proactively working on your sales planning in a structured manner.

You drive the entire sales process independently: building your pipeline, arranging meetings, and preparing offers. A significant portion of your time will involve customer visits and communication via webinars, phone, etc. You analyze customer needs, goals, problems, challenges, opportunities, and advise customers on how Alsiano's solutions can positively impact their products and business, ultimately closing sales. To address your customers' challenges, you work closely with your suppliers, for whom you share responsibility with your colleagues.

Our ideal candidate is:

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have at least 3-5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, combined with a technical education. It's essential that you can effectively engage with our customers, work independently, and possess strong energy and self-motivation. You hold excellent negotiation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English. Experience in selling raw materials and ingredients to the Pharma, Nutrition, and/or Health Care industries is an advantage.

Our Offer
You will become a crucial part of our well-functioning Nordic Health Care team with high seniority. You will work closely with colleagues in Birkerød and Billdal and report directly to the Head of Nordic Sales, Healthcare, in Birkerød.

This is a challenging position in a friendly environment where we help each other develop and create value. We offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home or Alsiano’s office in Billdal. Expect some travel, primarily in Sweden, and across other EU countries, approximately 40-45 days annually.
