ALD Automotive has joined forces with LeasePlan in creating the world’s leading player on the market of sustainable mobility. This is your chance to join us as our next Credit Analyst.

One of our Credit Analysts has pursued other opportunities within our organization and now we are looking for a new addition to the Nordic Credit team. It is an internationally oriented position in our Nordic Credit shared service center where you will be involved in the entire credit approval process of existing and new customers in the Nordic countries. In other words, you will have an exciting and challenging workday in an international and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, you will be a part of our credit team of 8 dedicated colleagues, characterised by an informal culture and where communications is conducted in a mix of several Scandinavian languages and English.

On a daily basis, you will have a wide range of contacts ranging from both sales departments in the Nordic countries, other ALD|LeasePlan entities in the world, as well as the central credit department in our parent company, the French bank Société Générale.

 

As Credit Analyst your tasks include:

  • Monitoring, collecting, and analysing financial- and credit risk in the customer portfolio and ensure timely action is taken if a negative development is identified.
  • Conducting financial analyses of companies' creditworthiness and prepare credit recommendations.
  • Engaging in ongoing dialogue with responsible stakeholders across the Nordics to optimise business relationships with our customers.
  • Handling enquiries from colleagues in our affiliated companies around the world regarding international customer engagements
  • Contributing to the optimization and automation of our digital Nordic Credit Assessment-platform
  • Participating in the ongoing optimization of business processes and procedures within the credit area

 

The ideal candidate has…

  • Experience with credit analyses and approval processes – is a must
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics/finance
  • Work experience from an economics-/finance function
  • English-skills at negotiation level both orally and written
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • An analytical and structured way of working with a high level of quality
  • Ability to take ownership and "deliver" independently
  • A service-minded personality
  • Motivation to work with a diverse and proficient team of Credit specialist
