Dynaway consists of approximately 40 engaged employees working from offices in Denmark, Poland, India, and the United States. Dynaway is owned by EG A/S, a leading Scandinavian software company with more than 3,000 employees. 

As part of our team in Aalborg, you’ll work with international customers and innovative technologies to create real business value. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our customers maximize the benefits of our solutions and achieve their goals. 

Your Role: Drive Customer Success 
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to maximize the value of Dynaway’s solutions. Your primary focus will be to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support customers in achieving their asset and maintenance management objectives. 

Acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure long-term customer success, growth, and expansion across a defined customer portfolio. 

Key Responsibilites: 

  • Manage a portfolio of customers of varying size and complexity throughout their Dynaway journey, serving as the primary point of contact. 
  • Develop a solid functional understanding of Dynaway’s software and clearly articulate its business value to customers. 
  • Establish credibility and trust as a business advisor through proactive and structured customer engagement in the form of regular business reviews.  
  • Identify early signs of customer dissatisfaction and take mitigating actions to prevent churn. 
  • Systematically collect, structure, and analyze customer feedback and insights, and effectively communicate these to product management and development teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation. 
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Dynaway software and services in close collaboration with Sales. 

Your Profile: A Trusted Advisor 
We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with a customer-first mindset. 

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a software-focused organization.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships, including at executive level. 
  • Proactive, consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey both technical and business concepts clearly. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience including fluency in written and spoken English 
  • Flexibility to support an international customer base and motivation to explore and apply emerging AI trends. 

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics® 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage but not a requirement.
