Then you might be our new Manager in Professional Services!

You will become part of our Professional Services department within EG’s Retail & Supply Chain division, which works with implementation and advisory services for customers within supply chain. The team currently consists of approximately 15 experienced consultants and project managers, and we are in a phase where we continuously strengthen and develop our delivery model. We work closely with our customers and place great emphasis on high professional quality, strong relationships, and effective project execution. The team is primarily based in Aarhus and Kolding, and you will be based at one of the two locations.

Your Role: Lead, Deliver, and Drive Strategic Impact
At EG, we are looking for an experienced and committed Manager for our Professional Services department. You are passionate about leadership, development, and delivery – and you thrive in a role where you both set the strategic direction and stay close to day-to-day operations. You will play a central role in driving a team of skilled consultants and project managers, ensuring high quality in our deliveries to customers within the supply chain sector – and you will have a clear line of sight to the financial performance of your area through budget management and KPI follow-up. You embrace the opportunities that AI and new technology bring, and you actively help shape how we work smarter and deliver more value to our customers.

Your key responsibilities
As Manager, your primary tasks will be:

• Leading and developing the team – both professionally and personally – ensuring that employees have the framework and freedom needed to perform.
• Communicating the strategic direction clearly and creating understanding of priorities and decisions within the team.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed quality, time, and budget – with ongoing follow-up on progress, risks, and resource utilization.
• Actively leveraging AI tools and capabilities in project delivery and advisory work, and supporting the team in adopting new ways of working.
• Acting as escalation point and primary management contact for customers.
• Proactively seeking business opportunities to expand our services and deliver additional value to customers.

Your Profile: An Experienced Leader with a Passion for People and Delivery
You are a seasoned leader with a track record in consultancy and project delivery – and you bring both the people skills and the curiosity needed to navigate a world where AI is reshaping how we work.

• Have solid experience in leading consultants or project teams – preferably 8+ people.
• Have experience with IT implementation, ERP, or similar project-intensive consultancy.
• Are strong in communication and able to build commitment – both internally and externally.
• Have hands-on experience with or a strong interest in applying AI tools in a consultancy or delivery context.
• Possess natural authority combined with empathy and the ability to unlock potential in others.
• Are fluent in Danish and English.
