Senior Product Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will play a key role in shaping product decisions across a large and growing B2B software portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and heads of product, turning complex data into clear direction.

You will join Product Operations, a small team with a mandate to professionalize how EG builds and measures its products, reporting to the Director of Product Operations. You will partner with product managers and heads of product across a large division spanning multiple B2B software products.

Your Job: Deliver, Drive, and Elevate Product Analytics
Analytics partnership

  • Shape how product performance is measured across your division, partnering with product managers and heads of product to define success metrics including north star metrics, input metrics, and guardrails.
  • Own the analytics layer for your product portfolio end to end, from event design to dashboards, adoption analyses, and usage reports that connect product behavior to commercial outcomes.
  • Turn analysis into clear narratives that drive product and commercial decisions.

Platform and instrumentation

  • Lead product instrumentation across your portfolio on our analytics platform, working closely with product managers and engineering leads.
  • Own the event taxonomy and naming convention for your portfolio, ensuring consistency and governance.
  • Collaborate with data engineering on data flows, data quality, and platform development.

Standards and ways of working

  • Contribute actively to how the analytics practice is built, including standards, frameworks, and ways of working, and bring strong opinions to those conversations.
  • Support colleagues in building their analytics skills as the team grows.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 5 or more years in product analytics in a comparable setting, ideally in B2B SaaS with a multi-product portfolio.
  • Are strong in event-based analytics: instrumentation design, taxonomy governance, funnel analysis, and experiment design and interpretation.
  • Have solid SQL skills and are comfortable working with raw event data.
  • Have hands on experience with at least one product analytics platform such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Have a track record of working directly with product managers and heads of product as a trusted partner, not just a data provider.
  • Know how to build trust with senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities across a large portfolio, and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Have strong opinions about what good analytics look like, are comfortable contributing to how a practice is built, and can operate effectively in environments where processes and norms are still taking shape.

The following will be an extra plus:

  • Familiarity with self-hosted analytics platforms and data lake architecture.
  • Experience with AI assisted analytics workflows.
  • Danish language skills (working language is a mix of Danish and English).

What's in it for you?

  • A role that is central to building a function, with room to help shape how the team develops.
  • Close collaboration with product managers and heads of product across a large, complex division.
  • A small, focused team working on problems that matter across a large product portfolio.
  • Flexibility to manage your life-work balance.
  • Possibility of personal and professional development.

We look forward to hearing from you!
