Gram Equipment is looking for Service Engineers to work globally

Qualifications and Experience  
• Bachelor degree in electrical, automation and mechanical engineering AND/OR a background as automatic control technician/
  electrician/mechanic  
• 3-5 years of practical experience with hands-on skills (preferably on-site experience)  
• Good knowledge of English  
• Advantage with experience in PLC programming, HMI and electrical design  
• Work experience preferred in food handling equipment possibly in installation, commissioning and/or maintenance  
• Advantage with experience of pneumatic systems
• Genuine interest in technical issues and customer service with focus on quality.  
 
Personal Qualifications
• Able to work under pressure and solve issues independently   
• Resourceful and creative in developing solutions to on-site problems  
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours on customer’s site  
• Responsive to customer needs and ability to maintain positive customer relationships  
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach   
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
 
Please note that you must be willing to travel globally and extensively (~min 200 days/year) .
 
Tasks  
• Equipment installation and commissioning (worldwide) setup / startup   
• Repairs, service and commissioning of measuring devices all around the world  
• Maintenance and fault detection on highly automated equipment  
• Technical support of the customer on-site  
• Performing all scheduled maintenances / Inspections and preparation of service reports  
• Deliver service products and support to our customers to maximize their system performance  
• Interface with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers concerns and problems   
• Maintain and administer customer files and reports  
• Commissioning projects at the customer and able to carry out customer trainings.
