HR Business Partner for AJ Vaccines

The team responsibilities and ambitions
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units or departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing HR-related inquiries, promoting employee engagement, and driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Your work tasks 
As our new HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for your own business area. This area will be your responsibility when it comes to building, implementing, and driving everything from successful people cycle processes to change management. 

Some of your main tasks will be: 

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters within assigned business units or departments.
  • Partner with managers to identify talent needs and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and drive the annual HR processes 
  • Facilitate development workshops with leaders and teams
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.

Who are you
You are a skilled HR professional with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You have the skillset it takes to work independently within your own area of responsibility and at the same time you enjoy working together both with skilled colleagues in HR, on cross-organizational projects and with the stakeholders in your business areas.

Proficiency in Danish and English – written and spoken – is a requirement, and we expect you to have strong interpersonal skills and to build close trustful relations within the organization. It is important that you are pragmatic and have strong integrity.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
