GMP Professional for AJ Vaccines

Are you looking for a job with tasks that make a difference? If yes, you may be the academic we are looking for to be part of a small team supporting the GMP production in our Inspection and packaging department.

Team responsibilities and ambitions
The core task for our team is to handle documentation, especially batch documentation, and supporting the production. The team also works to ensure that the production is performed and documented according to GMP regulations and internal guidelines.

On a daily basis, this is done by supporting the operators when required, performing review of the batch documentation, failure investigation, implementing corrective actions and evaluate/update procedures. 

The work often involves communication with other departments (QA, Maintenance and other production units) and with academics, technicians and operators, hence good collaboration and communication skills are required. 

Your work tasks
Together with your team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Review of batch documentation
  • Support daily production
  • Write deviations and perform root cause analysis
  • Write and approve GMP documentation
  • Initiate problem-solving activities
  • Participate in optimization activities on processes and equipment 

Who are you?

We expect you to have an education as a cand.pharm or similar as well as general good understanding of production and documentation. We expect that you have a proactive, thorough, and analytical approach to problem solving. Furthermore, you must be fluent in written and oral Danish and English at a high level. 

In addition, the following experience and skills are an advantage:

  • Experience with GMP
  • Experience with documentation
  • Experience with production equipment
  • Good people skills
